[Your full name or company name], [Street and number], [Postcode and city], Germany. Email: contact@harborhaledata.com.

2. What this site collects

Visiting the site. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. Your hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for a short period for security and to run the service.

The contact form. If you fill in the form we receive the details you enter: name, email, company, website, industry, years in business, and the systems you use. If you email us we receive your email address and what you write.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

4. Who receives it

Form submissions go to our email inbox or to the form service named below. We share your details with a data buyer only after you tell us you want an introduction.

List your real processors here: your web host, your form or email provider (for example Formspree, your mail provider). Sign a data-processing agreement with each.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. If no business relationship follows, we delete your details within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Details we need for legal or tax reasons are kept for the legally required period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of it (data portability). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to the email address above and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the one for the German state where we are based.

7. Business contact data we collect elsewhere

To find businesses that may want to license their data, we also use publicly available business information, such as a company's name, website and published business contact details. We keep only what is needed, record where each item came from, and delete it on request. If you would like to know whether we hold details about you or your company, or want them deleted, email us.

8. Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
